How to Request a Refund
- Before requesting:
- Confirm your eligibility using this Refund Policy
- Ensure you are logged into your 247evisa account
3-Step Refund Request Process:
- Send us an email at [email protected] with your visa details and a clear reason for cancellation.Note: If your application isn’t eligible, we won’t be able to assist.
- If eligible, we will email you a refund form. Have your registered email and order number ready
- Submit the form to complete your refund request.
- Important:
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account
When Will the Refund Reflect?
- We process approved refunds within 3 business days
- It may take up to 14 business days (Monday–Friday) to reflect in your bank account
