A 100% refund is available only if your application has not been submitted to the government.

  1. Eligible application statuses:

     

    • Action Required: Finish Application
    • Action Required: Provide More Information
    • We Are Reviewing Your Application
  2. Ineligible statuses (refunds not granted):

     

    • False Information Provided
    • Invalid or Ineligible Passports Provided
    • The Government is Reviewing Your Application
    • Your Documents Are Ready for Download

This applies to all services.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Before requesting:

     

    • Confirm your eligibility using this Refund Policy
    • Ensure you are logged into your 247evisa account

3-Step Refund Request Process:

  1. Send us an email at [email protected] with your visa details and a clear reason for cancellation.Note: If your application isn’t eligible, we won’t be able to assist.
  2. If eligible, we will email you a refund form. Have your registered email and order number ready
  3. Submit the form to complete your refund request.
  1. Important:

     

    • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account

When Will the Refund Reflect?

  • We process approved refunds within 3 business days
  • It may take up to 14 business days (Monday–Friday) to reflect in your bank account

If you do not see the amount after 14 business days, please contact your bank
